Return & Replacement Policy

We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

⚠️ UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN

बिना Opening वीडियो के किसी भी condition में प्रोडक्ट Return नहीं होगा।
(Product will not be returned under any condition without an opening video.)

Important Points About Our Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. (Our products are Free Size).
  • Replacements will only be issued after inspection.
  • We charge a flat return fee of ₹120 in case of accepted returns for size issues.
  • Approved returns will only be given credit to your UPI ID or via QR CODE.

Eligibility for 1-Day Replacement

Our 1-day replacement policy is applicable only to the following cases:

  • Wrong Item Received (must be verified via unboxing video).
  • Defective or Damaged Item Received (must be verified via unboxing video).
The following cases will NOT be eligible:
  • Any item that has been damaged or washed by the customer.
  • Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.
  • Any item not in its original condition.
  • Health products are non-returnable.
  • Requests made after the 1-day policy has lapsed will not be catered to.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging. Based on the pictures and unboxing video shared, our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted. The decision of our team in this regard is final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

अगर आपका प्रोडक्ट कहीं से खराब है या Damage है, तो आप प्रोडक्ट की फोटो, बिल की फोटो और ओपनिंग वीडियो उसी मेल आईडी पर भेज सकते हैं जिससे आपको आर्डर कन्फर्मेशन आया था। डिलीवरी की तारीख से केवल 1 दिन का समय होगा, उसके बाद यह वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
नोट: बिना ओपनिंग वीडियो और इनवॉइस के आपको कोई रिप्लाई नहीं आएगा।

How to Start a Return / Replacement

  1. Send your order number and phone/email to: support@prabhupooja.com
  2. Include your order number, photos, and unboxing videos of the damaged product along with any comments.
  3. If your order is eligible for a return, we will initiate a return courier request.
  4. After the courier partner has returned the product, we will inspect it. Upon approval, you will get the amount in your UPI ID or QR CODE.
  5. Send your UPI ID to support@prabhupooja.com once eligible.

Note: In case a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your pincode, you will need to courier the product back to us. We will issue the replacement when the product is delivered to us and inspected.

Prepaid Orders & Refunds

  • Failed Deliveries: In case of Prepaid Orders, if the customer is unavailable or delivery could not be made successfully by our courier partners, refunds will be issued to the customer's UPI ID or QR CODE after deducting shipping fees.
  • COD Overpayment: We are not responsible if the customer overpays the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.
  • Exceptional Refunds: We only issue refunds to the customer's bank account via UPI or Net Banking in exceptional cases where an item is delivered with a delay of multiple weeks or if the customer has repeatedly received incorrect/damaged items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Contact Us

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you will get the amount in your UPI ID or QR CODE.
